2026 Festival Schedule
The 48th Annual Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival will be held on November 7 & 8, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in downtown Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT
This year’s musical entertainment will be spread throughout the festival venue. Look for the official “music” signs spaced throughout.
DEMONSTRATIONS
The artists of the Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival are proud to showcase their works to hundreds of thousands of spectators. Many of the artists will be creating quite a show at their booths during the festival by demonstrating their works. Artists can be seen painting, sculpting and even firing up some pottery.
HANDS ON MARINE EDUCATION
Hands on marine education area lead by the Gulf Coast Research Laboratory of the University of Southern Mississippi. Experience a variety of displays, artifacts, and hands on activities with marine education.
Raising cane’s plinko
Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers will be on hand with activities and more. Try your hand at Plinko and win prizes. Exhibit area will be hosted on the lawn of the Mary C.
Police box
This interactive police box is a captivating hand-crafted replica of the TARDIS from Doctor Who. Step inside and feel like you are traveling through time while enjoying delicious freeze-dried snacks from vendor Ten37-Freeze Dried Snacks located on the corner of Washington Ave and Porter Ave.
YOUNG AT ART
Children’s art market for those age eight to 18. Young art entrepreneurs exhibit their one of a kind items for purchase on Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm on the grounds of the Walter Anderson Museum of Art. Shop with our young artists.
Rooms for moms
First Baptist Church Ocean Springs will provide a comfortable, private space for nursing mothers during festival weekend. The Nursing Care Room will feature private indoor stalls, each equipped with a rocking chair and changing table for one mother and nursing baby. A separate changing area will also be available for fathers and others who need a private space to change a baby. The entrance to the Nursing Care Room will face Washington Avenue.
BLUE MOON ART PROJECT
Mississippi artists paint their interpretation of Blue Moon for a chance to win $2,000 and to be the symbol for Blue Moon’s marketing surrounding the following year’s festival. During the festival, one lucky winner will be chosen as the “People’s Choice Award” receiving a monetary award, and you have a chance to pick the “People’s Choice Award” winner.
VOTING
Top Ten Finalists of the Blue Moon Art Project Contest will be on display in front of the Ocean Springs Visitor’s Center. Attendees are invited to view and VOTE for their favorite piece coining one lucky artist with the “People’s Choice Award”. Both awards of project will be announced at 2 p.m. on Sunday via the Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce’s social media.
